No. Access is read-only. We can see records and table structure in the bases you choose, and nothing else.
Whenever you click "Sync now", and with Pro, automatically every hour. Hourly is the fastest schedule Google allows for Sheets add-ons.
Sync is one-way, Airtable → Sheets, so edits in the blue synced columns are replaced at the next sync. Edit the record in Airtable instead, or add your own columns next to the data; those are never touched.
